- Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
- Claims must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
- The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is
required for exchange.
- Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
- Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
- Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not applicable.
- KIKO MILANO has the right, at its the sole discretion, to accept or deny the request for exchange.
- Upon the acceptance of request for exchange, the customer will be notified by our customer service.
- We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase.
- Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.

- Please note, the items purchased from our retail outlet cannot be sent to us for exchange through courier. The items can be exchanged at our retail outlet.
