Returns & Exchanges

  • Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
  • Actual product color may vary slightly from the image shown.
  • Claims must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
  • Please note that in order to proceed with any claims related to damaged or missing items, we require a video recording of the parcel and each product opening process as part of our exchange policy.
  • The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition.
  • The original invoice is required for exchange.
  • Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
  • Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not applicable.
  • KIKO MILANO has the right, at its the sole discretion, to accept or deny the request for exchange.
  • Upon the acceptance of request for exchange, the customer will be notified by our customer service.
  • We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase.
  • Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.

  • Please note, the items purchased from our retail outlet cannot be sent to us for exchange through courier. The items can be exchanged at our retail outlet.
