How do you use the face highlighter? Apply the highlighter to the cheekbones, chin, bridge of the nose and eyebrow arch. Blend gently towards the temples with a special brush and build the product up until you've achieved your desired intensity. Should the face highlighter be used before or after foundation? Hue Ready? The Pearl-Fection Highlighter is versatile: it can be used on its own, before applying foundation, to prime and illuminate the skin, or on top for even more intense radiance. The choice is yours, depending on the effect you want to achieve. What's the difference between highlighter and bronzer? Highlighter contains reflective particles that capture light, illuminating areas like the cheekbones, Cupid's bow and bridge of the nose. Bronzer can be used to give the face a sun-kissed effect, or to create natural shadow on the jawline, temples and sides of the nose. These two products are often used together when contouring to sculpt the face, using light and shadow to skilful effect.
