Define and emphasise the shape of your lips with a lip pencil. For contouring, use the pencil to draw just beyond the edge of your lips so that they appear more pronounced. 2. Apply the lip gloss to cover your lips with shine. Can I use lip gloss with lipstick? Of course! Apply to the centre of your lips only, over your lipstick, for a super-radiant finishing touch.
