The lip balm with lip oil core can be used as a base for your favourite KIKO lipstick, especially if it's creamy or liquid-based: it provides comfort and helps the colour glide on more evenly. When using matte or long-lasting lipsticks, we recommend waiting a few minutes and dabbing away any excess lip oil before applying the lipstick, to ensure a smudge-free finish.
