BEAUTY SERVICES NOTICE AND CONSENT

To continue, you must grant KIKO S.p.A. (“KIKO”) permission to collect, store, and use your personal data, which may include sensitive personal data and biometric data, for the purposes described herein and in the notice regarding the Beauty Services as described below (Privacy Policy).
Purpose: In general, KIKO may process your personal data, and if we choose, biometric data, to provide our features and services to you, such as Instant Makeup Try On, Skin Pro Advisor, and Foundation Finder (“Beauty Services”). When you use our Beauty Services, data is processed in order to provide you with a hyper personalized beauty brand experience, including recommendations.
Data collected and processed:
Images: your photo and images captured via your device camera and/or otherwise provided by you.
Biometric data: data extracted from your images which may be considered biometric data, biometric identifiers, or biometric information under various laws.
Device data: IP address and other device data.
Retention: When you use Instant Makeup Try On, the feature will download to your personal device and run and process data on your device or browser. Your image will be processed locally on your device, and KIKO will not see, collect, or otherwise store the images.
When you use Skin Pro Advisor and Foundation Finder, if you decide to upload your image, KIKO and its provider Revieve Oy will see, collect, or otherwise process the images in order to provide you with a hyper personalized beauty brand experience, including recommendations.
Disclosures/Recipients: Personal data, including biometric data, may be processed by our provider for Beauty Services, Revieve Oy, in order to provide our Beauty Services and other services and features to you.
Withdrawal of Consent: If you would like to later request to withdraw your consent the processing of your sensitive personal data by KIKO, please contact KIKO as set forth in the Policy.
