Shipping Policy
All orders within Pakistan are dispatched through PostEx, Call Courier and other courier services. All customers will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched.
Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Robo IVR call or Customer Service to confirm the order. If you fail to verify, your order will be automatically cancelled after 3 days (only applicable to purchases made through Cash on Delivery method). Once the order is verified, it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and will be delivered to you within 4-5 working days.
We offer free delivery on orders above or equal to Rs.5000 within Pakistan.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the product has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information and our "Exchange Policy" will apply.
KIKO MILANO may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons include: the item is out of stock, price errors or due to
quality reasons.
