No, there are no additional shipping costs or duties due to Brexit.

Standard shipping is free above $29.0 and over, excluding taxes, applied discounts. Terms of offer are subject to change.
My Order shows as delivered but I haven’t got it. What can I do?
We are really sorry to hear you haven’t got your order. just get in touch with our Customer Care team who will be able to sort this out for you.
How can I track my order?
The easiest way to track the status of your order is to get in touch with our Customer Care team . Team provides you the most up to date information.
The tracking link for my order is not working properly. What can I do?
We’ve tried to make tracking your order as simple as possible. Sometimes there is a delay in updating the tracking or, on very rare occasions, we’ve had to use a Courier who doesn’t offer tracking.
We would ask you to be patient, but if your order hasn’t arrived by the day it was due to, then just get in touch with our Customer Care Team who will be happy to help you.
There are items missing from my order. What can I do?
If you have placed an order with KIKO and believe that you have received a product in error or something different to what you ordered, just get in touch with our Customer Care team and we’ll sort it out for you.
We need as much detail as possible about the problem, including your Order number.

My order shows as attempted delivery. What does this mean?
If the courier has attempted delivery but it has not been successful, check out your options according to the shipment type chosen:
FedEx hand off shipment to U.S. Mail and US Mail delivers package to mail box and/or same location as US Mail is delivered.
Ground service has a redelivery feature: you can select option of second redelivery, drop off without signature or come to a FedEx office for pickup.
FedEx will come back three consecutive days to redeliver package and after the third redelivery they will reassign package to local FedEx Shipping location where you need to go to pick up the package.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
To ensure we get your order to you, we do need you to sign for it. Our couriers are very friendly and flexible so if there’s any problems, you can contact them directly to arrange a more suitable delivery slot
