The amount of the cancelled order is still restricted, what can I do?
If you have cancelled an online order, and you chose credit card or Paypal as the payment method, it is possible that the amount corresponding to your order is still restricted and cannot yet be used.
When placing an order online, the bank will issue a payment authorisation. However, if the order is cancelled, the amount related to this purchase will remain 'restricted' for a few days, after which the amount will become available again.
The exact timing of the amount’s release depends on the bank affiliated with the card that you used, as well as the payment method that was selected, so please be patient.
Can I cancel my order?
If you have placed an order and you wish to cancel it, you can do so within 1 hour of receiving the Order Confirmation.
Can I change my order or delivery address after I’ve placed it?
Once you have placed an order, unfortunately we can’t change any items for you. This is because the order is sent to our warehouse team to pack.
I haven't received an order confirmation, what can I do?
I haven't received an order confirmation.
When you place an order on the website, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, which will be sent to the e-mail address specified during the purchasing process. This e-mail will also contain your order number.
If you are having trouble finding our e-mail in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
The minimum amount to complete a purchase is $15, net of any discounts. Just click here to start shopping
How do I place an Order?
Placing an order is really easy:
- Select the products you want to purchase and add them to your Cart.
- Choose your payment method
- Log in to the “MyAccount” section of your Account, Create a new Account or continue as a Guest.
- Enter your Delivery address / confirm the shipping information that has been automatically entered
- Enter your payment information and confirm the order.
We will send you an order confirmation on the email address you have given us with all the details you need to receive your order.
How long is payment taken after purchase?
If you don’t see payment being taken immediately, don’t worry!
We take payment once the order is ready for dispatch. That way, we only charge for the items we are sending you.
How can I check stock availability?
All of our products are available on our website.
If a product is temporarily unavailable, just click on the “NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE” tab in the product description. By entering your e-mail, you will receive a message as soon as the product is back in stock.
You can also check the availability of the product in your nearest KIKO MILANO store, by clicking on the “IN-STORE AVAILABILITY” tab in the product description.
