Can I add a message to my gift card purchase?
Of course. Complete the details and click on 'is this a gift'. You will be able to complete sender, recipient and gift card message.
Can I use a KIKO gift card in a different country to where it was purchased?
We love that you want to go global with our Gift Cards. This feature is not yet available, and currently gift cards can only be used in the country where they were issued. It’s something we are working on.

How many times can I use a KIKO gift card?
KIKO Gift Cards can be used several times until there is no credit left. They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded or replaced should they be lost, damaged, stolen or unused (even if only partially) within the given deadline.
I've sent a digital giftcard to the wrong email address. What can I do?
Oh no! Sending emails to the wrong address happens to the best of us.
As long as the gift card hasn’t been redeemed, we can cancel the gift card and help you purchase a new one.
How do I redeem a gift card?
You can use your KIKO gift card online by typing the Gift card number into the the gift card section at the checkout. Or why not bring your gift card and use it in on of our KIKO stores.
Don’t have enough money on your gift card? No problem, you can use your gift card alongside another payment method such as debit or credit card.
Unfortunately at this time, you can only redeem your gift card in the same country it was purchased.
My gift card isn't working. What can I do?
If your KIKO Gift Card isn’t working,Contact our Customer Care team and we’ll get it sorted out for you.
Can I use a gift card as partial payment for an order?
Yes of course you can use a gift card as a partial payment towards an order.
Just redeem the value of the gift card against the order and input your chosen payment method and the details to pay the remaining balance.
