If the customer benefits from an online promotion that involves free products, the right to cancel the order or refund will only apply if they return all the products, both paid and free, that are part of the order. Once the entire returned order arrives to our warehouse, the customer will be refunded the total amount paid as indicated on their receipt/invoice.



How do I return my online order?

KIKO Milano offers a generous return policy if for any reason you are not happy with your order(s), you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the merchandise.

Once your package will be received at our warehouse we will issue a refund for the value of the merchandise you sent back to us minus a $5.00 processing fee.
Please note that it could take up to 5 weeks after the day you shipped the merchandise back to us before the refund will hit your credit/debit card.

Returns are only possible for items purchased at full price through the Website: merchandise bought on SALE is NOT returnable. Merchandise bought at a discounted price via a COUPON code is returnable.

To request a return you shall:
1. Fill in the Return Form document enclosed in the parcel you have received.
2. Pack your return parcel well with appropriate packaging material.
3. Enclose the Return Form along with your merchandise in a securely sealed package.
4. Ship the package to the following address:

5. Complete the Start a Return form

Please make sure you include all original documentation in the package so we can match it with your order and process the return. In absence of order reference or your information we might not be able to locate your return and process the refund.

Refunds are generally processed within thirty days from KIKO USA’s receipt of the returned products; this timing may vary depending on Client’s financial institution. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the purchase of the products, unless it is expressly agreed otherwise.



Can I exchange an order I’ve received?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to exchange products.



My refund is delayed. What can I do?

We are really sorry to hear your refund has been delayed.
Just get in touch with our Customer Care team and we’ll look into this for you.

My order is incorrect, what can I do?

My order has arrived damaged, what can I do?

We are so sorry something arrived damaged! Just contact our Customer Care team will look into it immediately for you.
We need as much detail as possible about the problem, including your order number and any pictures of the damage.



How long do I have to return my online order?

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it to us.
Products must be shipped to the following address. We recommend that you use a courier tracking service as the products remain the Customer's responsibility until we have received them into our Warehouse.

I am not near a KIKO Store. How can I return my order?

If you purchased an item in one of our stores then you can return the item to any of our stores within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns of store purchases back to our Warehouse at this time.



How long will my refund take to show on my account?

If you have returned an item and are awaiting a refund, please remember that in the majority of cases, the refund will be issued within 10 business days of your product reaching our logistics center. Please be aware that approximately two weeks may elapse between when you ship the items and when they effectively reach our returns center. Depending on the payment system used, it may take a few days for your refund to show up in your bank account.
