How long to I have to use my KIKO Kisses points?
Kisses are valid in the year in which they are earned. Points earned in 2022 expired on 31 December 2022.
For 2023, the Loyalty Programme provides for the possibility of accumulating and using points until 31 August 2023. After this date the points will expire.
Can I earn KIKO kisses for previous orders?
We love that you want to earn KIKO Kisses with us!
Currently you can only earn kisses on orders placed after you have signed up for the KIKO Kisses Programme.
We are constantly looking to improve loyalty with our customers.
Where can I check my KIKO Kisses balance?
You can check your KIKO Kisses balance via the app or by logging into ‘My Account’ and selecting the ‘KIKO KISSES’ section.
My KIKO points haven't updated after my purchase. What can I do?
Sorry to hear your points haven't updated.
Most of the points obtained in the shop will be credited within 24 hours.
Points obtained online take between 5 and 7 working days.
If you've been waiting longer just contact our Customer Care who will be happy to help you.
How long does it take for my KIKO points balance to update after a purchase?
Most points earned in store will be credited to your account within 24hours.
Points earned online take a little longer but are usually credited within 7 days.

How do I become a LOVE Customer?
We have 2 levels in our KIKO KISSES loyalty programme; LOVE and ADORE
All our Customers start off with a LOVE status (because we love you so much!).
As a LOVE customer, here are the benefits you will receive:
- 10 KISSES POINTS for every £1 spent;
- a Welcome Bonus of 50 points when you register;
- a Birthday Gift entailing a £5 discount (minimum spend: £25), valid for 2 months from the day of your birthday. It's the perfect way to celebrate your birthday!
- Promotions and special events, which will be announced throughout the program.

My KIKO App isn’t working what shall I do?
Sorry to hear the App isn't working for you.
There are a couple of things you can try to get your app working again, they are:
- Check that your phone has got the most up to date software
- Close down the app and restart it
- Delete the app from your device and re-dowload it
If you've followed all of these and still are having issues, just contact our Customer Care team and we’ll get it sorted out for you.
How do I join KIKO Kisses?
Becoming a KIKO KISSES customer is easy; simply complete the registration form that can be found:
- on the KIKO app and free of charge for iOS and Android devices;
- on the website;
- in all KIKO stores.
How do I convert my KIKO Kisses points to coupons?
Converting your KIKO Kisses points online is super easy!
Just choose the number of points you’d like to redeem on the payment page before you complete your online purchase.
You can also redeem points in store when making a purchase.
Any discount redeemed:
- Must be used once requested, this request cannot be revoked once made;
- Cannot be split, does not entitle the bearer to change and cannot be converted into cash;
- Entails the deduction of the points which have been converted into discount coupons;
- Must be used in its entirety, meaning that you must always purchase goods of a higher value than that indicated on the coupon;
- Cannot be used to purchase KIKO Gift Cards.
What are the benefits of becoming an ADORE customer?
Being an ADORE customer is simply adorable, want to know why?
- you will earn 15 KISSES POINTS for every £1 spent;
- you will receive a £10 discount coupon on your birthday (minimum spend: £40), valid for 2 months from the day of your birthday;
Moreover, you will have exclusive priority access to the promotions and special events announced throughout the program.
Find out about any restrictions that may apply to the collection of KISSES points and purchases that do not contribute to the annual spending threshold.
What happens to my points balance if I return an item?
When you return any products or services purchased in-store or online, the awarded points, in proportion to the refunded amount,will be deducted from your points balance. If you were a LOVE customer at the time of purchase, 10 points for every pound will be deducted from your balance; if instead you were an ADORE customer, 15 points will be deducted.
The amount pertaining to the returned products will also be deducted from your annual spending total.
What are the benefits of becoming a LOVE customer?
Becoming a LOVE customer means gaining access to countless advantages, which include:

I have forgotten my username/password for my KIKO Kisses app, what shall I do?
Don’t worry, creating a new password is easy.
Just head to the "My Account" section on the KIKO website and click on "Forgotten your password?"
You will then need to enter you used to register on the website and then click on “Send e-mail”.
You will then receive an e-mail containing a new password for you to use. You can change your password at any time, by creating a new one in the "My account"tab.
For security purposes, we recommend that you change the password received from your KIKO Account immediately. If you are having trouble finding the e-mail containing your new password, please check your SPAM folder.
How do I become an ADORE Customer?
We have 2 levels in our KIKO KISSES loyalty programme; LOVE and ADORE
All our Customers start off with a LOVE status (because we love you so much!). Any Customers that spend more than £200 in a year, move to our ADORE level.
As an ADORE customer, the points and benefits are increased and are broken down like this:
- you will earn 15 KISSES POINTS for every £1 spent;
- you will receive a £10 discount coupon on your birthday (minimum spend: £40), valid for 2 months from the day of your birthday.
As well as all of that, you will also have exclusive priority access to the promotions and special events announced throughout the program.
