How can I recover my password?

Don’t worry, regaining access to your account is easy.
Click on “Forgot your password?” on thelogin screen, enter the email address you used to register on kikocosmetics.com and press the “Send email” button.
You will immediately be sent an email with a link to reset your password. (Attention: remember to also check your junk/spam folder)
If you haven’t forgotten your password, but would just like to change it, go to “My Account” and scroll down to “Change Password”.



I placed an order but haven't got an account. Can I still create one?

Of course! You can do this in one of two ways.
If you are about to place an order, you will be redirected to our registration page during the purchase process.
Or you can go to the Log In Page, go to the New Users section and select register.
Then just click on ‘Register Now’ in the New Users. Enter the required information and give your consent to our data handling policy and Newsletter subscription. On completion, click on “Next”.
The website will remember your log-in information* - this way, you will be able to access your personal profile even after leaving the website and without having to re-enter your log-in credentials every time.
To disable this function, please uncheck the “Remember log-in information” option.



How do I create an online account?

How can I update my marketing preferences or unsubcribe from newsletter?

Don't miss out on preview information, stay informed about new products and services by subscribing to our newsletter!
You can subscribe to the newsletter either by accessing your profile in the "Account" section or directly from the kikocosmetics.com homepage.
If you wish to unsubscribe, you can use the "Unsubscribe" link in the bottom section of all our emails.
Alternatively, you can access the "My Account" page and follow the steps listed below:

1. Click "Login" at the top right of the KIKO website
2. Enter your email and password
3. Click on the "Account" section
4. Then, from the "Change your newsletter subscription" box, click on "Unsubscribe"

If you change your mind, you can re-register at any time!



I would like to register with Apple ID, choosing the 'Hide email' option. How does this work?

You can now also register with KIKO using your Apple ID! Among the options to choose from is ‘Hide email’

When you decide to hide your email while creating an account, a random and unique email address is created that allows you to keep your personal email private.

This random and unique email address is visible in the Account section and will look something like this: mdft3780dpi@privaterelay.appleid.com

There are a few things you need to know before proceeding with registration:

1.To use the "Track Your Order" form remember to enter your unique, random @privaterelay.appleid.com email address associated with your order

2.Some courier emails may not be delivered to you, but from our tracking forms you can access your order status whenever you wish to

3.We are working to allow you to communicate with Customer Care via your @privaterelay.appleid.com email, but this will take some time. When communicating with Customer Care, always remember to include your personal email in order to receive a response

4.If you want to cancel your account, remember to provide the @privaterelay.appleid.com email associated with your account. This is necessary for the identification of your account.



Website Issues / Error Codes. What can I do?

We are really sorry to hear you are having issues with our Website.
Try clearing the cookies on your browser as this is a common cause of website issues.
If this doesn’t work or you are getting a specific error code, just get in touch with our Customer Care team who will be happy to help.
Try to include as much detail as possible about what you are experiencing, including any images or screenshots as this will help us solve the problem quicker.

We would love to hear what you think of our products. To leave a review for any of our products please log into your account and visit the product on the website that you wish to leave a review on. My KIKO App isn’t working what shall I do?

Sorry to hear the App isn't working for you.
There are a couple of things you can try to get your app working again, they are:
- Check that your phone has got the most up to date software
- Close down the app and restart it
- Delete the app from your device and re-dowload it
If you've followed all of these and still are having issues, just contact our Customer Care team and we’ll get it sorted out for you.

How do I change my account details?

To manage your personal information, log in to your account and go to the “MyAccount” section of your personal profile. Just Select the information that you wish to change. Don’t forget to save your updated info before you sign out!
